Great Tit, Parus major
On a weeks stay in Normandy, France earlier this year, we had a pair of Great Tits with a nest full of chicks in the eave of the house. The parents were amazing at supplying the young birds with these green caterpillars. About every minute one would arrive with another, and they kept it up for hours.
