  1. Excellent work! I have not yet seen a male breeding plumaged bobolink. There was a municpal strike in Windsor 2 years ago, and there were large fields that were not cut, and as a result, some were breeding in Windsor! Of course, I didn’t hear about that till after they left.

  3. Wonderful video, both visual and sound recording, of one of my favorite birds! They have been disappearing from the fields in our area despite many of them not being mowed until late July. I have also been seeing more brown-headed cowbirds. One pair comes regularly to me feeder the first time this year. Wonder whether there is a relationship. Thanks for sharing this video and the shots of the females in your previous post!
