Builders: Daniel McCallum (Truss Design)

Description: Description: This bridge is unique in a number of ways. As well as being Canada’s oldest surviving covered bridge, it is the only surviving bridge that uses the McCallum Inflexible Arched Truss. The double curved roof line is also unique. It is a magnificent structure and is in top shape.

  1. Very nice shots. This place is special for me, has a boy scout i camped there every year in my chilhood. I still visit the area pretty often since its close to home and is a great birding area. Have geat year and a happy xmas.
