Fort Hunter Covered Bridge, Pennsylvania

When Built: 2006 (Original 1880s)

Builders: Not known

Description: The original bridge spanned Little Buffalo Creek in Perry County, and when it was scheduled for replacement by a modern bridge, it was purchased by Mrs. Margaret Wister Meigs for $70. She moved it to the Fort Hunter Mansion and Park. It deteriorated and was dismantled in 1980. The bridge was recreated in 2006 at Fort Hunter.
